Unauthorized Hypnozio Subscription Charge Despite Cancellation

I downloaded the Hypnozio app to my phone for free. When the app later requested payment, I immediately canceled the subscription and did not agree to make any payment. Despite this, on January 21, 2026, approximately $49 was charged to my card without my knowledge or authorization.

I absolutely do not accept being charged for a subscription that I did not approve and had already canceled. I am requesting that the fee be refunded to my card as soon as possible and that all subscriptions associated with my account be completely canceled.
