Facelab Free Trial Resulted in an Unauthorized Charge
On October 16, 2025, I started using the Facelab app under what I believed was its free version. However, without my knowledge or authorization, $32 was charged to my virtual card ending in 5741.
This virtual card was created solely for this transaction, was not saved to my account, had no spending limit, and has never been used with any other app. I never signed up for a paid membership or subscription in Facelab—I only intended to try the free version.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I submitted refund and cancellation requests both through the app and by email. Unfortunately, I never received a response, and Facelab does not appear to offer access to a customer service representative. I also contacted my bank, but no resolution was provided.
I cannot understand how a charge could be processed on a card that was not even saved to my account. This unauthorized transaction has caused me financial loss and significant frustration.
I request an immediate refund of the $32 that was charged without my consent and the cancellation of any subscription that may have been created without my authorization.
