FACEIT Server Connection Outage Triggers Unfair AFK Ban for CS2 Player

During a match I was playing on FACEIT, I was unable to connect when joining the system-assigned server due to a server-side error. Even though the issue stemmed entirely from the server itself, my account received a ban because of this match.

Following this incident on July 21, 2026, at approximately 3:35 PM, I believe I was penalized unfairly. I attempted to join the match normally, but I could not connect due to the server error, resulting in unfair punishment.

My expectation from FACEIT is the lifting of the ban issued for this match and a thorough investigation into this server-related issue to provide a permanent fix. I demand that FACEIT acknowledge the error originated from the server rather than on my end, and remove this unjust penalty from my account.
