FACEIT Connection Bug Causes Recurring CS2 Match Abandonment Bans

For about 1–2 weeks, I have been experiencing severe connection issues while playing CS2 on FACEIT. After searching for a match and finding a lobby, I occasionally receive a "failed to connect to server" error and cannot connect to the match by any means. This happens despite there being no connectivity issue on my end.

Because of this error, the system perceives the situation as if I abandoned the match, and I am receiving consecutive ban penalties. So far, I have experienced similar issues in about 10–15 matches, and I most recently received a 6-hour ban penalty. Being unable to play the game for days due to a connection problem that is not my fault creates severe hardship for me.

My expectation from FACEIT is a detailed investigation into these connection and server issues regarding my account, the removal of the unfair bans I suffered, and the necessary technical adjustments to ensure I do not receive penalties again due to such errors.
