FACEIT Server Connection Failure Causes Recurring CS2 Bans Under Username swayn

While playing CS2 on FACEIT, I experience a server connection failure approximately every 5–6 matches, and because of this technical problem, I received a 1-day ban penalty from the system. Although the connection error appears to stem entirely from FACEIT servers, being penalized as if I deserted the match simply because I cannot join creates significant hardship.

To ensure this issue was not caused on my end, I completely deleted and reinstalled my game files and performed all necessary checks, but nothing changed and the problem persists. When I spoke with the FACEIT support team, they suggested the issue might be on my side, yet no concrete solution was offered despite all the steps I took.

I demand that these server and connection issues be taken into consideration by the system, that the unfair ban issued due to technical problems be removed, and that the necessary investigations and fixes be conducted to prevent me from being penalized again for the same issues in the future.
