I want to change the email address on my Faceit account and verify it to match the one I use on Faceit Support. However, since September 5–6, 2025, despite trying nearly 50 times, I keep receiving a 403 error every time I click the verification link sent during the email change process. This issue occurs both on my Windows PC and on my phone, and I’ve seen that many other users are facing the same problem.
My account is fully identity-verified, and I’m already a verified user. Additionally, when I try to contact the support team, I am first asked to confirm my email — which is impossible due to the ongoing error — so I cannot submit a support ticket. I previously opened Ticket #9804194 (j*****)** about the email change, but this ticket was created before the issue arose.
I request that my email address be verified to match the one on Faceit Support and that this technical issue be resolved as soon as possible.
