I Can’t Join Matches on FACEIT Even Though the Lobby and Map Load Properly

I’m having a persistent and extremely frustrating issue with FACEIT. I can find a lobby, the match loads, the map starts initializing, and everything seems to be working—until it doesn’t. Right when the map should open and let me join the game, it throws me back to the FACEIT interface. I don’t get any error message or warning—just an abrupt return to the main screen.

I’ve also tried using the console command method by copying the match link manually into the game, but that doesn’t work either. The exact same thing happens again. Oddly enough, I can enter the match as a spectator without any problem, which confirms the map loads but the player connection fails.

This issue is preventing me from participating in FACEIT matches, which is the main reason I use the platform. I’ve searched everywhere for a fix and still have no solution. I’m asking FACEIT support to look into this urgently. If this is caused by a bug or a setting conflict, it should be communicated to players clearly. I just want to play the matches I queue for—please fix this.
