Unauthorized Facebook Charges Issue

On July 27, 2023, I discovered two unauthorized charges totaling 77.62 USD on my credit card. The charges were initiated by Facebook under the names "9kb2qsk7x2" and "q7zwap3f92," without my knowledge or authorization. I immediately contacted my bank to inquire about the transactions, and they confirmed that these payments had not been authorized by me. My bank suggested I contact Facebook and ask for a refund for the unauthorized charges. I contacted Facebook's customer service, explaining the situation and requesting an immediate refund. However, their support team's response was unsatisfactory. They stated that their financial department is looking into the matter, but I have yet to receive any concrete resolution or confirmation of a refund. As a result, I am now forced to escalate the situation further. If Facebook does not promptly refund the unauthorized charges, I am prepared to take legal action to protect my consumer rights and ensure that this issue is satisfactorily resolved. I strongly urge Facebook to take this matter seriously and resolve it as soon as possible. I anticipate that a full refund of 77.62 USD will be credited to my credit card without further delay.
