My phone isn't receiving Facebook's two-factor authentication message

Previously, Facebook's two-factor authentication message would arrive on my phone. I have no clue what happened, but my two-factor authentication message suddenly stopped arriving and began being redirected to a site called "codematic." Although I have been using the same phone and computer for years without issue, I now get a message saying I need to create a new account and a link to the codematic website when I try to log in. When I was asked for verification of identity, I forwarded an image of my driver's license but was met with the same rejection. Again, I was asked to verify my identity, but this time, the option to do so did not appear. My Facebook account, which I've had for several years, is currently inaccessible. I keep pictures and links to my friends in here. Unfortunately, I can't use your service, which would otherwise be a convenient means of contacting friends and family during the current earthquake. I'm counting on your help to reach a speedy conclusion.
