Facebook Login Problem After Changing Phones
I have been unable to log in to my Facebook account for approximately a week. After my spouse and I changed our phones, we were unable to access my account because the recovery email address linked to my account belongs to my spouse. We have tried logging in from both our new phones and a computer, but every time we get stuck on the Google verification and password reset screens.
My account was created under the name M******* K******* using the phone number 0544********96, and I used k**************@gmail.com as my email address. I also remember my username as kaaa44. However, I am currently unable to access my account from any device. Facebook keeps requesting Google account verification, and because I cannot complete this step, I cannot use my Facebook account.
I request that Facebook verify my identity and account information and restore my access to the account. If possible, I would also like Facebook to contact me by phone or securely verify the email address I am using for this complaint and the device I am using. If necessary, I would like any excessive security verification requirements, such as two- or three-step verification, to be removed or simplified so that I can regain access to my account. I ask that my account not be permanently disabled and that my access problem be resolved as soon as possible.
