Facebook Account Hacked And Locked Without Recovery Access

My personal Facebook account was hacked on 14/04/2021 and since that date I have not been able to log in. The hackers changed my password and the phone number linked to my account, so I completely lost access. Every time I try to recover the account, the information has already been changed again by the hacker, and I cannot receive any verification codes. I have tried many different methods to recover my account, including the standard password reset and account recovery options, but none of them worked because the contact details on the account have been taken over by the hacker. For this reason, I have been unable to verify my identity and regain control of my profile. I request that Facebook urgently help me recover and return my account to me. I want the hacker’s access to be removed permanently and my account to be secured so that only I can log in again.
