FaceApp Subscription Issues – Unable to Use Despite Yearly Payment


I purchased a one-year subscription to FaceApp, costing 1000₺ upfront, expecting a monthly rate of 83₺. Despite the payment, I’m unable to access the app daily as it keeps showing my subscription as canceled. Although I have the subscription until 2025, FaceApp doesn’t allow me to use it, rendering my payment useless.
I’ve already canceled the subscription, but my money has effectively gone to waste. I’m requesting support to either restore full access to my account or receive a refund. Please address this issue, as I’m highly disappointed with the service.
