FaceApp Charged Me ₺1000 After Cancelling Free Trial

On February 24, 2025, I downloaded the FaceApp application and started the 7-day free trial. I used the app for just a few hours on the first day and immediately canceled my subscription. However, I was later charged ₺1000 for a 12-month subscription on my Turkcell bill.
I contacted Turkcell customer service, and they told me to reach out to FaceApp directly. This was supposed to be a free trial, so why was I billed for a full year? I am a student, only 19 years old, and I simply cannot afford this charge.
I have already submitted a refund request, but it was denied. I demand an urgent resolution and full refund, as I was wrongfully charged. Also, I am unable to cancel the subscription within the app. Please fix this issue immediately!
