I Got Charged ₺1000 by FaceApp After Canceling Trial Without My Consent
I had started a free trial on the FaceApp application, but I didn’t find it useful and decided to cancel it right away. Even though I canceled within the trial period, FaceApp still charged ₺1000 from my bank account without my permission. I did not approve any payment, and now I’m stuck with a charge for a service I explicitly canceled.
There was no confirmation screen, no warning, and no customer support number I could call. I feel completely ignored and misled by the platform. I’ve searched for a way to get in touch, but there’s no proper support available—just silence. This is unacceptable and deeply frustrating.
I urgently request a full refund of the ₺1000 that was withdrawn from my account without my consent. If FaceApp doesn’t take immediate action, I will file a formal complaint and escalate the issue through legal channels. Please take this matter seriously and process my refund as soon as possible.
