FaceApp Charging Me for a Year Without Access to Latest Features

I’ve been using the FaceApp application for a year, and my bill has been charged regularly, but I didn’t even realize it. All my friends are paying the same fee as I am, yet they receive new effects and updates that I don’t have access to. Despite having the latest version of the app, mine still shows the outdated version. I reached out to support via email, reported the issue, but they responded in English, and my problem remains unresolved. For an entire year, I’ve been paying for nothing. I demand that FaceApp resolve this issue immediately and provide compensation for the months I’ve been paying without receiving any updates or proper service!
