• Attach screenshots of the fee breakdown shown in your account and any related transaction history
Ask them to;
• Explain each fee line-by-line and confirm which fees are set by eZeeWallet vs. third parties
• Confirm whether the fees charged match their official fee schedule at the time of the transaction
• Clarify if account level, verification status, or withdrawal method affects the fees
• Advise which methods (bank transfer, crypto, internal transfer, currency choice) have lower fees
• Refund or adjust any incorrectly applied fees
To reduce fees going forward;
• Fully verify your account if unverified accounts have higher fees
• Use lower-fee withdrawal methods and avoid unnecessary currency conversions
• Batch withdrawals instead of making many small ones
• Check the fee schedule before confirming each transaction
