Extrabet Account Balance Dropped From 6.5K to 44₺ Without Explanation
Hello everyone, the exact issue described by D****** Bey has also happened to me. I had a balance of 6.5K in my Extrabet account. While playing, I was logged out of the site twice. When I logged back in after the second time, my balance, which was 6.5K, had suddenly dropped to 44₺.
It appears that someone else accessed my account, increased my balance to 29K, and then reduced it to 44₺. I contacted live support and reached out via WhatsApp multiple times to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, no one helped. I’m not asking for the 29K; I just want my original 6.5K balance restored.
Extrabet’s failure to address this issue has been deeply disappointing. I’ve sworn never to play on this platform again and urge others to reconsider using it. Extrabet, you must take responsibility for this and compensate me for my loss. Please act promptly to resolve this matter.
