Unauthorized VSA Tutorial ExpertChat Charges on BancoEstado CuentaRUT

For approximately four months I have been receiving monthly charges on my Banco del Estado debit card (CuentaRUT) from “VSA_tutorial.expertchat Limassol CY” for around $28,971 on the 8th of each month, even though I have never authorized a subscription or monthly payment to this company. I only remember visiting several web pages related to artificial intelligence and tutorials, but at no time did I knowingly accept a paid plan or a recurring charge. These charges appear on my bank statement as online purchases, as can be seen in the transaction detail, but I have not contracted any service with this company nor have I received any clear information, invoice or confirmation email that justifies a subscription. I consider these charges unauthorized and inappropriate. With this complaint I respectfully request the immediate cancellation of all future charges related to “VSA_tutorial.expertchat Limassol CY” to my Banco del Estado debit card, as well as a full refund of all amounts that have been charged over these months. I also request that an internal investigation be carried out to determine how this subscription was created and that I be provided with a clear and written response.
