Expertchat AI Charged My SBI Credit Card Without Authorization

I recently discovered that Rs 2,999 had been debited from my SBI credit card for an “Expertchat AI” subscription, even though I have never knowingly subscribed to this service. The transaction took place on 25 May 2026. I was not informed in advance and had no idea that any subscription existed in my name. Today, another attempt was made to charge my card again, but this time the payment failed only because I had already blocked international transactions on my card as a precaution. This situation has caused me serious concern because these charges are completely unauthorized from my side. I have not received any proper response regarding this issue so far. I request that the unauthorized subscription be cancelled immediately and that the full amount of Rs 2,999 already debited from my SBI credit card be refunded at the earliest.
