Unauthorized Charges For Expertchat AI Subscription
I am writing to report unauthorized charges that have been taken from my bank account for an Expertchat AI subscription plan, even though I never knowingly started or agreed to such a subscription. I first noticed these unexpected charges on 18 May 2026, and they have continued for the past two months. I activated no plan through any promotion or trial and did not receive any invoice or confirmation email from Expertchat AI; the only notification I received was a message from my bank informing me about the debits. I purchased or interacted with Expertchat AI only through its official website, but I was not clearly informed that a paid subscription would start or that recurring payments would be taken. After seeing the charges, I immediately informed my banker, and the bank advised me to contact Expertchat AI directly to resolve this issue. I request a full refund of all unauthorized charges taken over these two months and the immediate cancellation of any active subscription in my name. I also ask for a written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my account.
