Expertchat AI: No Cancel Button, Need Subscription Stopped & Account Deleted

I have been using a paid subscription to Expertchat AI, purchased directly through your website, since 1 March 2025. I would like to end my subscription, but there is no visible or accessible cancel button in my account settings or on the payment/subscription pages, so I am unable to cancel the service on my own. My last payment of $43 was charged on 27 June 2026, and I am being billed monthly. Since I cannot find any option to stop the recurring payments, I am very concerned that I will continue to be charged against my will. I request the immediate cancellation of my Expertchat AI subscription, the stoppage of all future payments, and the complete deletion of my account and personal data associated with this subscription. I also ask you to confirm in writing that the subscription has been cancelled and my account has been deleted so that I know no further charges will be made.
