Unauthorized Charge from VSA Tutorial ExpertChat – $29.99 Subscription Fraud
Today at around 9:03 PM, I noticed that my bank card from Jamaica was charged $29.99 by VSA_tutorial.expertchat for a subscription that I never requested or used. Until I saw this charge on my bank statement, I had never even heard of this service, and I do not have an account with them.
When I tried to resolve the issue, I was unable to find any way to contact VSA_tutorial.expertchat directly, as their system requires me to log in—something I cannot do because I have never registered on their platform.
This situation is very concerning, as it appears to be an unauthorized charge on my card. I request that this subscription, which I did not initiate, be canceled immediately and that the $29.99 charged to my account be fully refunded. I also request that my card details, if stored in your system in any way, be removed and that no further charges be made without my explicit consent.
