Expertchat AI Won't Let Me Access My Account to Cancel My Subscription

I am writing regarding the annual subscription I purchased on the Expertchat AI website and to request a full refund of the amount I paid, as I am no longer using this service. I made a payment of USD 29.99 for an annual subscription via debit card on 12 June 2026, using the account email address victorialen****@gmail.com. I am based in Malaysia. After some time I stopped using Expertchat AI and decided I did not want to continue with the annual subscription, but I am now unable to log in to my Expertchat AI account, so I could not manage the subscription or contact support through the platform. Due to the fact that I am not using the service and cannot access my account, I kindly request a full refund of USD 29.99 to my original payment method and the complete cancellation of my annual subscription associated with the email address [email protected]. I also request written confirmation once the refund has been processed and the subscription has been cancelled.
