I signed up and logged into Expertchat AI to use it for a homework assignment, choosing the 3-day trial for about $1 and entering my card information. However, without my permission, and without any message or email notification, $33 was withdrawn from my card. I want to close this account, because if I can’t close it, I’m afraid this charge will continue every month. I don’t know how to cancel it. This needs to be stopped.
