Expedia Still Hasn’t Refunded My Canceled Hotel Reservation


I booked a reservation through Expedia at La Boheme Kabak Hotel in Muğla, with a check-in date of September 17th and a check-out date of September 20th (Reservation No: 2275130484). However, since the hotel does not accept infants, I was forced to cancel my reservation.
The hotel staff confirmed that they canceled the reservation on their end and submitted the necessary cancellation documents to Expedia. They also provided me with proof of the cancellation.
I paid for the booking with my credit card, but even though a significant amount of time has passed since the cancellation, I still have not received my refund. I tried contacting Expedia customer service, but I have not been able to get any response.
All I am requesting is that the refund for my canceled reservation be processed and returned to my account as soon as possible.
