Expedia Refund Delay for Canceled Burhaniye Hotel Booking

I made a reservation for Burhaniye Ören Park MTK Hotel through Expedia.com and canceled it on the same day, but my refund wasn't processed. I wrote via email. They said it was forwarded to the bank from their end, but when I contacted the bank, they informed me that no refund had been made. I want the fee to be refunded to me urgently.
