CoinEx Has Not Credited My 1176.62 USDT TRC20 Deposit

I am writing to report a serious problem with a deposit I made to my CoinEx account that has still not been credited after several days. On May 27, 2026, I sent 1176.62 USDT from the AWX platform via the TRC20 network to my CoinEx account registered under the email address roidiso****@gmail.com. Despite the transaction being completed on the sending platform, the funds have not appeared in my CoinEx balance for more than three days. I contacted CoinEx support and, despite repeatedly writing to them, the only response I received is that the case is “under review”, without any concrete solution, clear explanation, or estimated time for resolution. This situation is generating a great deal of uncertainty, as it is a considerable amount, and I have no control or visibility over what is happening with my funds. I request the immediate crediting of the 1176.62 USDT to my CoinEx account, as well as a clear and detailed explanation of the reason for this delay. I kindly ask that my case be handled with urgency and that I be informed promptly once the deposit has been correctly credited.
