Binomo 36000 INR Withdrawal Completed But Not Received
I am writing regarding a serious problem I am facing with a withdrawal on Binomo. I requested a withdrawal of 36,000 INR via bank transfer from my Binomo account (Personal ID 51010***) on 4 February 2026. The transaction shows as completed on your side with Transaction ID b818f8806d4c4b44aca6aa3e07bc75fe, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account in India. It has now been 8 days since the withdrawal request, and despite the status being marked as completed, I have not received the 36,000 INR in my bank. I contacted Binomo customer support and was informed that the transaction had been completed from your side, but no further explanation, proof of transfer, or support was provided, and my bank balance still does not reflect this amount. I kindly request that Binomo urgently investigates this issue, provides clear proof of the transfer, and ensures the immediate credit of the 36,000 INR to my Indian bank account without any further delay. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and a clear explanation of what went wrong with this withdrawal.
