EWA Premium Subscription Cannot Be Cancelled Through Paddle Market

I have an active EWA Premium subscription purchased via Paddle Market and I would like toancel it immediately, but I am unable to do so through the website. When I try to manage my subscription on the EWA/Paddle website, I cannot even access my account properly and I am therefore unable to find or use any option to cancel the subscription from my side. I request that my EWA Premium subscription purchased via Paddle Market be cancelled immediately and that no further renewals or charges be made to my payment method. I also ask you to confirm the cancellation in writing by email.
