EWA App Books Won't Open – Only the Cover Page Appears

I am using the Ewa English learning application on an Android device and since 23/07/2026 I have been unable to read the books within the app. When I select a book, only the cover page opens and the text of the book does not appear, so I cannot read the content at all. I sent a message to Ewa support about this issue but I have not received any response yet. I kindly request that this technical error be fixed as soon as possible so that the texts of the books open normally and I can read them again within the application.
