Ewa English Progress Not Recognised

I am using the Spanish paid version of EWA, and for the last seven days, my learning progress has not been recognised, which means the main learning feature of the app is not available to me. I have already tried restarting, but the problem continues, and I cannot move forward with my studies. A similar issue happened once before and only resolved itself after several weeks, which is very discouraging and is making me consider quitting the app altogether. I am using the email address lnew***@adam.com.au for my EWA account. I have contacted your support team about this problem, but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that you immediately fix this issue by correctly recognising my progress and restoring full access to the main learning feature, so that I can continue learning Spanish without interruption.
