Shein Refund Not Received After Evri Return Delivered

I bought a top from Shein under the order number HO23FD1390578985 and returned it via Evri. According to the tracking information on Shein’s system, the return was received on 18 July. The item price was £6.26 and I sent the parcel back on 15 July. Although the return is shown as received, I still have not received my refund of £6.26 and I think I have been waiting too long now. I also do not know how to reach customer service directly, so I am using this complaint to get support. I kindly request that my refund of £6.26 for this returned top be processed immediately and the amount be credited back to my original payment method without any further delay.
