Europcar Is Giving Me The Runaround Not To Refund Deposit

It's been over 20 days, and they still haven't returned the deposit I paid them at Skopje airport in Macedonia to me, even though the officials there said it would only take 7 days. Every time I try to call and talk to them about it, they give me the runaround and hang up on me. It's like they don't care about my money or my time. Well, let me tell you, if they think I'm just going to forget about it, they've got another thing coming. I'm a Turkish Airlines personnel, and I won't hesitate to complain to the authorities there if I have to. This is ridiculous, and I'm not going to let them get away with it. If they don't respond to me soon, I'm going to take legal action through my lawyer. I'm not playing games with them. I just want my deposit back so that I can move on with my life. It's not fair that they can just hold onto my money like this without any explanation or resolution. I'll keep searching to find someone who could get over their indifference...
