Etsy Shop on Hold for 9 Days Due to Unverified Identity
My Etsy seller shop has been temporarily suspended and is currently under review for identity verification. Even after submitting all the necessary documents and waiting for more than a week, my identity verification is still not complete.
I have sent several emails asking about the status of my review, but I haven't received any response. The review period of 2-5 business days has been exceeded, and the absence of communication, whether positive or negative, is causing unnecessary frustration and impeding my business operations.
