Suitcase Damage During Travel On Etihad

I am writing regarding my American Tourister suitcase, a grey hard-shell model, which was damaged and tampered with during my recent trip from Abu Dhabi to Delhi on flight EY 218. When I collected my baggage after arrival, I noticed that the suitcase shell was cracked and the chain/zipper appeared to have been tampered with and forced open. I am sharing photos of the suitcase showing the damage and tampered areas. This situation has caused me serious concern about both the security and durability of the suitcase. I chose American Tourister with the expectation of reliability during travel, and such damage during normal airline handling is very disappointing. In light of this, I kindly request a replacement with a similar product from American Tourister. I ask that my case be reviewed and resolved as quickly as possible.
