On 28 July 2026 I flew with Etihad on the route Bangalore – Abu Dhabi – Dammam. When I finally received my checked bagga...ge in Dammam, it was both delayed and severely damaged, and some of my belongings were missing. The hard fiber body of my suitcase was completely broken and the zip was also broken
