Hello, I purchased an Estee Lauder foundation from Trendyol. This product is not available at Sephora or Boyner stores; it is only sold on their website and Trendyol. When the product arrived, I eagerly opened it and applied it to my face. However, it created a horrible color difference, with my face appearing pink and my neck turning yellow.
When I contacted Estee Lauder customer service, they stated that they do not accept returns and advised me to purchase a shade or two lighter and mix it. Given that the product cost ₺2100, I found this recommendation unacceptable. I have currently filed a return request with Trendyol and am awaiting the outcome.
