I purchased the Essence Love, Luck & Dragons Creamy Lipstick (Shade 02 - Dragons Dream in Red), but the product was damaged upon first use. The moment I opened it and tried to apply it, I noticed that the lipstick was not properly attached to the base. It immediately fell out, even though I had never used it before.
Considering how expensive everything is these days, I was really disappointed to receive a defective product. This is not acceptable for a brand like Essence.
I request an immediate replacement or refund for this broken item. Essence, please improve your quality control to prevent issues like this.
