eSIM.io Would Not Activate My Free 500 MB Data Package in Serbia

A 500 MB free promotional data package had been added to my eSIM.io account. I specifically saved this allowance to use when I arrived in Serbia on June 25, and I separately purchased a 3 GB Balkans package for use in the other countries I planned to visit beforehand.

I am now in Serbia, but the 500 MB promotional package is completely unavailable and appears as though it does not exist. I was previously told that the free package would activate first and that I would be able to use the promotional data before my paid package. However, I am now being told the exact opposite: that I cannot use the free data until my currently active package is fully consumed. These contradictory explanations have left me unable to use the promotional allowance at all.

Because the 500 MB package has not been made available in practice, I feel that the promotion was offered only for advertising purposes rather than as a genuine benefit. I planned my mobile data usage based on the information I was given, and I am now experiencing this problem in the middle of my vacation. This has caused significant inconvenience and seriously damaged my trust in the service.

I respectfully request that my 500 MB free data package be activated immediately for use in Serbia today. I also request that additional validity time be added to my existing package as compensation for the confusion and inconvenience caused by the conflicting information.
