EpicSports Incorrect Order Change Before Shipment
On May 20, I ordered a bunch of football uniforms for the team, right after I placed the order, I saw that I had made a mistake with one of the sizes, couldn't call customer service because it was past their business hours. I was on top of it, though! went to my account and tried to "hold" the order so that I could fix it in the morning, next day, rang customer service very early in the morning to try to change the size. They said it was too late to change the order because it was already in progress, moved so quickly but they’re not letting me get my order correctly, I’m afraid I'll get one uniform that is the wrong size, why aren’t you letting me change it? There has to be a way to change the order before it ships? Anyhow, let me know the easiest way to exchange the wrong size if it's already on its way.
