Refund Issue for Mass Effect Purchase on Epic Games
I recently purchased Mass Effect on Epic Games and decided to request a refund. While the platform shows that the refund has been processed, the amount has not been credited back to my account. Despite reaching out with messages to address the issue, I have received no resolution.
It’s frustrating that such a large and reputed company could have such glaring issues in its refund process. I checked my account thoroughly, and there is no sign of the refunded amount.
I kindly request Epic Games to resolve this problem immediately and ensure the refund is credited as promised. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I hope for a quick resolution.
