Epic Games Promised a Refund for Broken Farming Simulator in 15 Days
In January or February 2026, I purchased Farming Simulator on Epic Games for approximately $9. After downloading it, the game was broken and did not work properly. When I contacted support, I was told to return it — which I did the same day.
During my conversation with the support team, I was told the refund would be credited back to me within 15 days. That period has long since passed and no refund has appeared on my card. I have checked both my credit card statement and my banking app and confirmed that the charge is still showing as deducted — there is no refund transaction anywhere.
Despite returning the defective game on the same day I bought it, I have still not received my money back and have been genuinely harmed by this. I am requesting that my refund be investigated and that approximately $9 be returned to my credit card as soon as possible, along with a clear and transparent update on where the refund process currently stands.
