For about a week, I’ve been trying to purchase the “Crew” subscription on the Fortnite PC platform, but every time I attempt to complete the payment, I receive the error message: “Transaction declined for your safety.” I’ve tried this 10–15 times at different times throughout the week, but the result has always been the same.
I’ve been attempting to make the payment using my Papara card, and I have a sufficient balance. The same card works perfectly for other online purchases. I also tried using cards from different banks, yet the issue persists. After contacting Papara customer service, they informed me that the 3D Secure confirmation is successfully sent by Papara, but Epic Games does not send a purchase request afterward. According to Papara, for the transaction to complete, Epic Games needs to send a payment authorization after the 3D verification step.
This issue only occurs with the Fortnite Crew subscription. I contacted Epic Games customer support, submitting five separate requests for help. My sixth request was even blocked, and I never received a real solution or guidance from them. My Epic Games account email is t***********@gmail.com**.
I request that this issue within your payment system be identified and fixed immediately so that players can complete Fortnite Crew subscription purchases without unnecessary technical errors.
