Epic Games Complaint: Paid for Hogwarts Legacy, Now the Game Is Free
I purchased Hogwarts Legacy through Epic Games in June and paid $12 for the game. Recently, I saw that the same game is now being offered for free on Epic Games, and honestly, this situation feels very unfair to me.
I bought the game as a paid purchase under order number a2506060755461675 linked to my Epic Games account, and now that the game is free, I feel disadvantaged. I did not receive any notification or compensation regarding this situation.
My request from Epic Games is that the $12 I paid be refunded, but my ownership of the game should not be removed, since the game is currently available for free anyway. I kindly ask that my situation be acknowledged and that a goodwill gesture or solution be offered.
