Epic Games Ignored My Missing Battlefield 6 Bonus Reward Complaint
On August 11, I purchased Battlefield 6 through Epic Games. After completing the purchase, I was supposed to receive a ₺520 Epic Reward credited to my account. However, even after 14 days, the reward has still not been added to my balance. My username is ugurgeldiii.
I tried to reach Epic Games customer support to resolve the issue, but I couldn’t get any assistance — there seems to be no one available to handle such cases. This situation has caused me serious frustration, as this is the first time I’ve ever encountered such a problem on the platform.
I request that the ₺520 Epic Reward be credited to my Epic Games account balance immediately. I also have a screenshot of the issue and can provide it if needed. I kindly ask for my complaint to be resolved quickly and for clear communication regarding the delay.
