Epic Games Rocket League Bug Resets Player Level From 93 to 1

I experienced a serious level loss on my Rocket League account, which I play through Epic Games. I was at Level 93, but after exiting the game and logging back in, I saw that my account level had dropped to Level 1. This happened today at around 8:15 PM.

I have not made any in-game purchases on this account, but losing a level that I reached through a lot of time and effort was very discouraging and took away my enjoyment of the game. So far, I have not contacted the support team about this issue.

I request that my account be reviewed, that any technical error be identified if one exists, and that my Level 93 be restored to its previous state. I kindly ask that the necessary checks be carried out to resolve this issue.
