Envato Makes Unauthorized $50 Charge to QNB Card

I discovered that a $50 charge was made to my QNB card on February 9 in connection with Envato, despite the fact that I have no membership, account, or transaction with any service listed under “Envato Salt Like Çit Us.” I have never registered for, subscribed to, or purchased anything from this company or service in any way.

As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted my bank. However, they informed me that because the transaction was still showing as pending, they were unable to take any action against it at that time. Nevertheless, I want to make it absolutely clear that this transaction was completely unauthorized and was carried out without my knowledge or consent.

I request that Envato urgently investigate this transaction, cancel and fully refund the unauthorized $50 charge, and take all necessary security measures to ensure that similar transactions cannot be made again using my account or card information.
