Envato Attempts Unauthorized $139 Credit Card Charge

At around 3:00 a.m. today, I received a notification from my bank and discovered that an unauthorized charge of $139 had been attempted on my credit card in the name of Envato. I have never purchased any product through Envato, never started any subscription, and absolutely did not authorize this transaction. Despite this, an attempt was made to charge $139 to my card, with the transaction currently showing as pending. This situation has caused me serious financial and personal distress.

I immediately contacted my bank and reported the issue. However, because the transaction was still pending, the bank could only block my card. I also tried to contact Envato, but I could not find a proper and accessible communication channel. There is not even a clear customer service email address available on its website, leaving me unable to reach an appropriate representative directly. I was only able to try to report the issue through the feedback/question section on the website.

I request that Envato urgently investigate this unauthorized transaction made using my name and credit card information, carry out all necessary security checks, and ensure that the $139 amount attempted to be charged to my card is completely canceled and refunded to me as soon as possible. I also request that any unauthorized account membership or subscription associated with my information or card details be immediately terminated to protect the security of my payment information.
