While transferring funds from my Enpara account for a vehicle sale, I realized that, due to the 5:16 PM transaction time, the transfer was set for the next business day. Attempting to cancel it, I followed the phone instructions and pressed “0” to avoid a next-day delay. However, this action led to my account being blocked. Since then, I’ve called Enpara’s support center seven times, only to be told that the security team is handling the issue and would contact me. It’s now been two days, and I still haven’t received any response. My entire financial flow depends on this account, covering all my monthly expenses, yet I am unable to access my own funds. Enpara needs to resolve this immediately and restore my account access. This delay is severely impacting my financial stability.
