Enpara.com Did Not Reopen My Credit Card Even After I Paid My Debt
I have completely paid off my Enpara.com credit card debt, which was approximately ₺35,000–₺40,000, yet my card remains closed. I reached out to customer service for clarification, and while they confirmed that the restriction is still in effect, I didn't receive a definitive answer on when it might be removed. I’ve been using credit cards since I turned 18, and I’ve never encountered anything like this before. It’s disheartening to feel trapped despite following all the right steps. I settled my debt with good intentions, anticipating that my card would be functional once more, yet here I am, feeling completely in the dark. I was hoping for better clarity and assistance from Enpara, particularly since I've taken steps to address the issue myself.
